Robert Gardner
Tax, Estate Planning, and Business Law
Robert has extensive experience in trusts and estates, probate, estate administration, business succession planning, business organizations, taxation, and corporate law. He represents fiduciaries in trust and estate matters. He counsels fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries on the proper administration of trusts and estates, and on the resolution of conflicts. He also works with business owners on management and disposition/succession agreements for business partners and investors, and with small businesses to plan appropriate entity structure.
Robert was admitted to practice in all Alabama courts in 1993 and the U.S. Tax Court in 1998. He obtained an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1996.
