H. Claiborne Crommelin, Jr.

Associate attorney

Prior to joining Gardner Law LLC as an associate in August 2025, Claiborne clerked for the firm for two years during his time in law school. He is excited and ready to work with Gardner Law clients in the practice areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and business organizations.

Claiborne was admitted to practice in the state of Alabama in 2025. He received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama College of Business in 2022, Juris Doctorate from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 2025, and is currently earning his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.
